What about customs and duties?

If you’re based in India you’ll receive your piece from our Delhi office duty free!

INTERNATIONAL
If you’re located in any other part of this beautiful world you might be subject to duties. It’s best to check your country's regulations before ordering. Import taxes, customs fees and/or other duties might be charged depending on your location. You will be responsible for these charges. Please keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

Do you offer warranties or guarantees on your jewelry?

We stand by the quality of our products with a one-year warranty. This means if any damage to the material or craftsmanship occurs within one year from the purchase date, we will take care of it. Simply contact us, and we'll find a solution together.

Our handcrafted, sustainably sourced jewellery is made to last. While we cover material and craftsmanship issues, the warranty does not include coverage for lost items, scratches from regular wear and tear (such as a bent ring or broken chain), improper use or storage, or any modifications made by third parties other than AEQEA.

Please note that items purchased through third-party vendors (outside of aeqea.in) are not covered under AEQEA’s warranty. For these items, please reach out to the original seller.

Do you have a physical store or showroom where I can view your products?

No, we currently operate exclusively online and do not have a physical store or showroom.
