RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At AEQEA, we are dedicated to providing you with the highest-quality jewellery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
EXCHANGES
- India: We offer free exchanges within India. If you need to exchange your item, please request it within 24 hours of receiving your order. To initiate the exchange process, contact us at support@aeqea.in. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- International: At this time, we do not offer exchanges for international orders.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
- Returns: All purchases made on aeqea.in and with any of our stockists are final. We do not offer refunds on completed purchases.
- Order Cancellations: Customers can request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order. If the order has not been processed yet, a refund will be issued within 7-15 business days via your original payment method.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order at support@aeqea.in with photos or videos of the item. We will assess the issue and work with you to find a resolution.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Items purchased during sales or promotional events
- Gift cards
REFUNDS FOR DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
In cases of damaged or missing items, customers may be eligible for a refund. Once a request is received and evaluated, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method, excluding shipping costs. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
