SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

At AEQEA, we are committed to delivering your jewellery efficiently. Our shipping timeframes are as follows:

• Domestic (India): Orders are processed within 2-3 business days and typically delivered within 7 working days.
• International: Delivery times vary by location and may require additional time for customs clearance and typically delivered  within 7-10 working days.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

• India: Orders shipped within India are duty-free from our Delhi office.
• International: Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend consulting your local customs office for further information. Please note that AEQEA cannot reimburse any duties or taxes paid upon delivery.

Upon dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

AEQEA offers exchanges for a different size or style within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

AEQEA crystal is a delicate material that must be handled with special care. To ensure that your AEQEA product remains in the best possible condition over an extended period of time, please observe the advice below to avoid damage:


Store your jewellery in the original packaging or a soft pouch to avoid scratches.
Avoid contact with water.
Remove jewelry before washing hands, swimming, and/or applying products (e.g. perfume, hairspray, soap, or lotion), as this could harm the metal and reduce the life of the plating, as well as cause discoloration and loss of crystal brilliance.
Avoid hard contact (i.e. knocking against objects) that can scratch or chip the crystal.
