SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES
At AEQEA, we are committed to delivering your jewellery efficiently. Our shipping timeframes are as follows:
- Domestic (India): Orders are processed within 2-3 business days and typically delivered within 7 working days.
- International: Delivery times vary by location and may require additional time for customs clearance.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING
For urgent orders, please get in touch with us at support@aeqea.in. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
- India: Orders shipped within India are duty-free from our Delhi office.
- International: Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend consulting your local customs office for further information. Please note that AEQEA cannot reimburse any duties or taxes paid upon delivery.
ORDER TRACKING
Upon dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
AEQEA offers exchanges for a different size or style within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@aeqea.in with a photograph of the item, and we will address the issue accordingly.
